Family Counseling

Just as seasons shift, every family has its ups and downs. These sessions nurture healthier communication and stronger bonds so your family can thrive together.

$150 per 50-minute session

Nature Informed Therapy

Step outside of the four walls of traditional therapy and into the calm of the natural world. Together, we will use the grounding presence of nature and mindful outdoor experiences to restore balance, calm and renewal.

Groups and Retreats

Sometimes we heal best in circles - picture trees growing stronger together in a forest. Groups and retreats offer connection, shared wisdom, and the chance to reset in community.

ReWild Counseling and Wellness is located in San Antonio, Texas and provides services both in-person and online.

For in-person services, ReWild offers counseling and programs in the greater San Antonio area and surrounding cities. These sessions are held at an agreed upon outdoor location and can include parks, trails, museums, etc.

Sometimes, the indoors may bring the most comfort when it comes to services and my goal is to make the counseling process as comfortable as possible as you start this journey. ReWild also offers telehealth services to anyone in the state of Texas.

Our groups and retreats invite you to grow alongside others. These gatherings are designed to nurture both personal and professional development. Whether you're seeking the encouragement of a supportive counseling group, wanting to build new skills in communication and relationship-building, or offering your team a restorative approach to workplace growth, our offerings are designed to meet you where you are.
